SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping, catering to international orders as well. For online orders within the USA, shipping is entirely free and handled by UPS or FEDEX. Please note that all orders exceeding $1000 will require a signature upon delivery, so kindly provide a physical address for smooth processing. However, we regret that we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
For international orders, please be aware that additional shipping charges will be applied, depending on the taxes, tariffs, and duties applicable in the respective destination country. It's essential to understand that TARU JEWELRY LLC is not affiliated with these fees, and the customer will be responsible for covering them at the time of delivery.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after credit card authorization and verification. Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as the order is processed. For orders with special sizing, production and processing time will be notified.
RETURNS
Please contact us to arrange for returns. The jewelry must arrive in the original packaging and original invoice as in the condition of the purchase, unworn, pristine condition and insured within 7 days of receiving the order. Your purchase amount will be fully refunded to your method of payment or card within 7 days after return date and process.
Custom orders will NOT be eligible for return or exchange. All sales of customized items are considered final.
